Our events vary each week from artists showcasing to live painting, short film previewing and fashion related events. Please read below if you are interested in performing or showing your work at our events.

Submissions for PreView
Please email artists@myheartbeatsforsf.com with jpegs of your
artwork, online portfolio, how many pieces you would like to show and the size
of each piece. Chosen artists will receive a confirmation email with a follow
up call to go the over details.
Already confirmed
for an event? Please click below to fill out the MHBF Artist Release of
Liability. This form must be filled out,signed and submitted to MHBF before
your work can be hung.
If you wish to be a live model for our sketch event, please email your resume and photos to models@myheartbeatsforsf.com. Please be sure to include your contact info.
Submissions for Fashion & Foto Fridays
MODELS: Please email photos to fashion@myheartbeatsforsf.com. Include your height, measurements, and contact info. Once you are a confirmed
model, be sure to print, fill out, and sign the MHBF Model Release, MHBF Photo
Release, as well as MHBF Model Info. These forms must be filled out, signed and
submitted to MHBF,in order to participate in the event.
FASHION DESIGNERS, STYLISTS, SET DESIGNERS: Please email photos of your work as
well as your contact info to fashion@myheartbeatsforsf.com.
Once you are confirmed for the event, please print, fill out, sign and submit the
MHBF Photo Release. This form must be filled out in order to participate in the
event.
Singers, musicians, poets, dancers,
live performing artists of all types are welcome. Please email your info,
examples of your work and the amount of time you will need to perform, to liveperformance@myheartbeatsforsf.com. All
confirmed artist will receive and email with further info about the event.
